| If
the cat/kitten is sold as a pet, the cat/kitten must be altered before
TICA papers are issued. Proof of the spay/neuter must be provided
to Savannah River Bengals. If the cat/kitten is not altered by the
age of eight months, the new owner will owe Savannah River an additional
$1000, per cat/kitten sold. If this procedure is not followed, the
new owner will be taken to court in Washington County, Florida and all
court costs will be the responsibility of the new owner. |

| If
the cat/kitten is sold as a breeder/show cat, no show wins will be guaranteed.
The new owner will have permission to show the cat. |
|
| The
owner of the cat/kitten has 72 hours to have the cat/kitten examined by
a Veterinarian of their choice, with the examination costs the responsibility
of the new owner. If the cat/kitten is found to be defective
by a licensed Veterinarian, it may be returned and a replacement will be
given as soon as possible. Each Savannah River cat/kitten will come
with appropriate shots and wormings. Each cat/kitten sold will also
come with a health certificate by a Veterinarian. |

| The
cat/kitten is guaranteed against genetic defects for a period of two years
and HCM for a period of five years. If the cat develops a genetic
defect or HCM within the respective time periods, the cat will be replaced
with a like replacement, as soon as possible. The original cat must
be returned at the expense of the owner and the replacement will also be
sent at the owner's expense. If the owner chooses to keep the cat,
NO
replacement
will be given. |

| If
the cat is sold as a breeder, fertility will be guaranteed. If the
cat has not produced by the age of two years, the cat will be replaced
as soon as possible. The cat must have been exposed to multiple cats
and infertility documented by a licensed Veterinarian. |
|
| If
the cat/kitten is sold as a breeder, the new owner may NOT
lease,
or sell the cat to another individual as a whole cat! The cat must
be altered before it is resold! The cat may be resold whole ONLY
with
written permission of the owners of Savannah River Bengals. |

| NO
MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED BY SAVANNAH RIVER BENGALS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
The owners of Savannah River Bengals will
do everything possible to make sure you, the buyer, is getting a healthy,
well socialized kitten. We cannot be responsible for the circumstances
in which you place the cat. If the cat needs to be rehomed, Savannah
River will assist you in rehoming the cat. |

| Replacements
will be given for the above guarantees, as long as Savannah River Bengals
exist. If for some reason, we should stop breeding Bengals, replacements
will not be provided. |
